What Is Resident Care Package (RCP)?

Each lease with GPS Renting includes a $35 monthly Resident Care Package fee in addition to rent. This fee helps support a smoother and more rewarding rental experience by covering several useful services and benefits.

What’s Included: #

  • After-Hours Maintenance Hotline
    Access to our emergency maintenance line for urgent issues outside normal business hours.
  • One Lease Change Fee Waived per Lease
    Need to update or modify your lease agreement? We’ll waive the change fee once per lease term.
  • Rental Payment Reporting to Experian
    On-time rent payments are reported to Experian to help build your credit history.
  • One Waived Late Fee or NSF Fee per Lease
    If you miss a payment or experience a non-sufficient funds (NSF) error, we’ll waive the fee one time per lease.
  • Rent Payment Rewards with Piñata
    Earn rewards for paying rent on time by enrolling in the Piñata App.
