Note: These guarantees are part of our commitment to property owners. They outline service protections and performance standards for those who hire GPS Renting to manage their rental property. These guarantees do not apply to residents or tenants.
1. Rent Payment Guarantee #
If your tenant doesn’t pay rent as agreed, we don’t charge our management fee. We are only paid when you are.
2. Price Match Guarantee #
If you find a lower written management fee from another licensed property management company, we will match it—provided their fee structure is comparable and they don’t charge additional hidden fees beyond their base management percentage.
3. Prompt Service Guarantee #
If we do not mail or wire your monthly proceeds within 10 business days of receiving rent, we will waive that month’s management fee.
4. Response Guarantee #
If you call, text, or email us and don’t receive a response within 48 hours, we’ll credit $25 toward your monthly management fee.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee #
If you are a new client and not satisfied with our service, you may cancel your contract at any time within the first 60 days.
Note: If a tenant has already been placed, the tenant placement fee (equal to one month’s rent) must be reimbursed to GPS Renting.
6. Eviction Protection Guarantee #
If we placed the tenant and a court-ordered eviction becomes necessary, we will cover up to $1,000 in eviction-related legal costs.
Note: This guarantee is available only to owners enrolled in our Owner Benefit Package (OBP).
7. Rent Loss Protection Guarantee #
If we placed the tenant and an eviction occurs due to nonpayment of rent, we will write a check for one month’s rent to cover your vacancy loss.
