Listing Photos for Your Rental Property

1 min read

High-quality photos play a key role in marketing your property. While photos are not as critical in rental listings as they are in home sales, they still make a strong first impression and help attract serious applicants faster.

Prospective residents tend to focus on price, location, and layout — but clean, well-lit images help convey the value of your home and encourage more showings.

To ensure your property is showcased effectively, we offer three photo options:

Option 1: Professional Photography (Default) #

By default, we schedule professional photos for new listings. These images:

  • Are captured by experienced local real estate photographers
  • Are professionally retouched for brightness, clarity, and composition
  • Showcase the space in a clean and attractive format

We strongly recommend this option for best results, especially when first impressions matter.

Option 2: GPS Team Photography #

In some cases, our pre-listing inspector or business development manager may capture listing photos using in-house equipment. While these photos may not have the polish of a professional shoot, they are still effective for showcasing your property and launching your listing quickly.

Option 3: Owner-Provided Photos #

If you already have professional photos or images from a previous listing, we’re happy to use them — provided that:

  • The images accurately reflect the current condition of the home
  • You have the appropriate usage rights or permissions to reuse them

Please share any existing images with your GPS contact so we can confirm they meet our listing standards.

Let Us Know Your Preference

Unless we hear otherwise, we will move forward with professional photos as the default. If you’d like to opt for a different photo method or already have images to provide, just let your onboarding manager know.
